After enduring endless posturing on the war and meaningless votes that have accomplished nothing.  After taking back congress and "controlling the agenda", we STILL see legislation being moved forward by the Republicans in rush timeframes--FISA changes that will make the administrations illegal actions come under the law.  This should not be happening.  Now Diane Feinstein votes with the Republicans to move reactionary judge Leslie Southwick's nomination to the appeals court forward to the full senate.  We control the senate judiciary 10 to 9 and have now let another Republican nominee move forward because Feinstein voted with the Republicans.  Let that sink in!
